With the exception of ADA recognized service animals, we do not allow any animals at Music Road Resort.
Can I smoke or vape at Music Road Resort?
Guests cannot smoke, or vape, in any public areas or off the balcony in their room or suite. There are designated smoking areas outside our buildings, away from doors and room windows, with cigarette depositories. If staff has specific evidence of a guest smoking in a room, there will be a cleaning charge of $250 added to the guest bill.

Is my room or suite location guaranteed?
We can’t guarantee room type requests. Every effort is made to place each guest in the room type that they have requested. In the event there are unanticipated stay overs and your requested room type is not available, you will be placed in the room type that is most like your requested type or given the option to change your request to a different room type.
Is the rate guaranteed?
A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Is a deposit required to make a reservation?
Standard Deposit Policy (Flexible)
A deposit is required for the first night room and tax fees per room reserved will be collected at the time of booking or charged within 24 hours. Should the credit card charges be declined the reservations will be cancelled and notice of cancellation sent to the email address provided. Music Road Resort will not accept any responsibility for reservations cancelled due to lack of payment regardless of whether email of cancellation notice was received by the booking party.
Advance Purchase Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)
If an advance purchase non-cancellable option is chosen, the entire cost of the reservation will be collected as a deposit at the time of booking or charged within 24 hours and no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation or early departure once deposit has been received by Music Road Resort. This deposit is required, should the credit card charges be declined the reservations will be cancelled and notice of cancellation sent to the email address provided. Music Road Resort will not accept any responsibility for reservations cancelled due to lack of payment regardless of whether email of cancellation notice was received by the booking party.

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Should a cancellation occur after this date, a one-night room and tax fee will be charged per room reserved, which will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Advance Purchase Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable)
Advance Purchase deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Should a cancellation or early departure occur, all deposits will be forfeited.
What if I don’t check in on my check in date?
If you fail to check in on your reserved arrival date, you will be charged the first night’s room and tax, and the remaining nights of your reservation will be cancelled.
Will the Resort hold money out of my account during my stay?
A valid credit card or prepayment is required upon check in to guarantee incidental charges the guest may wish to charge to their room. Credit/debit cards are authorized at check-in for the anticipated total of your stay. If you pay with cash, the Resort can hold $250 cash deposit for use.
Use of debit cards are discouraged as banking institutions place a hold on your account for the anticipated total of your stay as part of the authorization process. Holds can affect your available balance. Release of holds also vary by bank and can range from 1-14 days.
Can a non-guest have breakfast with me during my stay?
Breakfast for non-guests are $7.99 +tax.
What is the age requirement to book a stay?
All guests 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or 21 if the room will also be occupied by minor children. Identification is required at check-in.
The minimum age to reserve a room is 18 years. All guests that are 17 Years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 21 years of age.
Are there laundry facilities available?
Resort offers an on-site guest laundry. (Additional charges apply). Laundry soap is available for a fee. Music Road Resort can arrange dry-cleaning.
Safety & Other Resort Information
The Resort and its staff reserve the right to enter your room for any purpose including, but not limited to, performing maintenance and repairs, or checking on the safety and security of guests, property and employees. We also reserve the right to record public areas, and provide such records to law enforcement if necessary.
